What is Psychosomatics?
Psychosomatics explores the dynamic connection between body and mind — how emotional experiences, stress, and thoughts can manifest in the body, and how physical sensations can, in turn, affect our mental and emotional well-being.
Many people experience persistent symptoms — like pain, fatigue, or tension — that don’t have a clear medical explanation. A psychosomatic approach helps make sense of these signals by looking at the person as a whole, rather than separating physical from psychological.
How does it work?
Psychosomatic therapy works in two directions:
• From body to mind: we use physical awareness, breathing, grounding, and movement-based strategies to help regulate your nervous system and unlock emotional insight through the body.

• From mind to body: we explore how thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns may contribute to physical discomfort, using cognitive and emotional techniques to create meaningful change.
By integrating both perspectives, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your symptoms and new tools to respond with more balance — both mentally and physically.
